InvoiceFlow was built by a small team who saw firsthand how much time professionals lose to paperwork every single day. We believe that time belongs to you — not to spreadsheets.
Born out of a real bottleneck.
InvoiceFlow grew out of a problem we kept seeing in Singapore's interior design industry. Designers, contractors, and project managers — talented people doing skilled, creative work — were spending thirty minutes or more every day just on paperwork. Invoices, quotations, purchase orders. Typed up manually, formatted by hand, calculated line by line.
It was not an edge case. It was a daily drain. And across a whole firm, that time adds up to hours lost every week to work that adds no value to the final product or the client relationship.
We asked ourselves why this was still happening in 2026, when AI could do in seconds what was taking trained professionals the better part of an hour. The answer was that no tool existed that was simple enough, fast enough, and accurate enough for the way these businesses actually worked. So we built one.

We are a small, Singapore-based team who believe that day-to-day tasks should not be a burden. The repetitive, time-consuming work that piles up in every business — the admin, the formatting, the manual calculations — is a problem that technology can and should solve.
We are not a large company with layers of process. We move fast, we care about the details, and we are close enough to our users to actually hear what they need. Every piece of feedback shapes what we build next.
InvoiceFlow started in the interior design space because that is where we first saw the problem clearly. But the need for fast, accurate, professional business documents spans every industry — construction, trade, freelance services, agencies. We are building for all of them.

InvoiceFlow is currently in its pre-launch phase. We are actively building, testing, and refining the platform with early users across Singapore. We are not trying to be everything to everyone — we are focused on doing one thing exceptionally well: getting professional business documents out of your way as quickly as possible.
